Avon Search & Selection are delighted to be supporting a prestigious care provider in the recruitment of a Staff Nurse (RGN) to join their experienced clinical team working day shifts in the Bromley area.

The service is set within a beautiful neo-classical building, designed to provide a warm and welcoming environment. It offers superbly comfortable private bedrooms, elegant shared spaces for dining and relaxation, and inviting outdoor terraces overlooking landscaped gardens bordered by woodland.

Across the home there are numerous spaces where residents can relax, socialise and spend time with loved ones. From spacious living areas and a stunning great room to peaceful garden spaces, the environment has been thoughtfully designed to promote comfort, wellbeing and engagement.

The service is CQC registered and delivers high-quality specialist care for residents living with a range of complex needs including dementia, multiple sclerosis (MS) and Parkinson’s disease. The experienced clinical team brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise, ensuring each resident receives the highest standard of person-centred care.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • RGN qualification with active NMC PIN
  • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience within a care home or similar high-quality care setting
  • Experience using Atlas
  • Experience working with PCS (Person-Centred System)
  • Experience creating and implementing care plans and care plan competencies
