A friendly and well-established residential care home in a beautiful rural location near Navenby is seeking a caring and experienced Senior Healthcare Assistant to join their night team.

Supporting 35 residents, the home provides high-quality residential care within a warm and welcoming environment. Residents’ comfort, dignity and wellbeing are always at the heart of everything they do.

As a Senior Healthcare Assistant on nights, you will be responsible for ensuring residents feel safe, comfortable and supported throughout the night, while leading the care team and maintaining high standards of care.

Duties include:

• Providing high-quality overnight care and support
• Administering medication safely and accurately
• Leading and supporting night care staff
• Responding to residents’ needs throughout the night
• Completing accurate documentation and care records
• Promoting dignity, independence and wellbeing

Requirements:

• Experience working as a Senior Healthcare Assistant
• Medication administration experience preferred
• Caring, dependable and professional nature
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Commitment to delivering person-centred care
