📍 Location: Newport / Rogerstone Area, South Wales
🕒 Shifts: 7:30am – 7:30pm (2–3 shifts per week)
💷 Pay: £13.70 per hour (Weekdays) | £15.34 per hour (Weekends)

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide and oversee high-quality personal care
  • Lead, mentor, and support care staff on shift
  • Administer and manage medications (requires training)
  • Assist residents with personal care, mobility, and daily living tasks
  • Maintain accurate care documentation and handovers
  • Promote dignity, independence, and overall wellbeing
  • Support residents’ emotional and social needs

What We’re Looking For

  • NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Medication administration trained
  • Full, valid driving license
  • Previous experience in elderly residential care
  • Experience supervising or leading care staff
  • Compassionate, patient, and professional approach
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Genuine passion for elderly care
