As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key leadership role within the home, setting high standards of care and supporting both residents and colleagues to thrive.

The Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for the safe, effective delivery of high-quality nursing care. You will lead and support a team of care and nursing staff, ensuring every resident receives person-centred care that promotes independence, dignity, and wellbeing.

You will be a visible, hands-on clinical leader, confident in decision-making and passionate about delivering outstanding care in a supportive residential environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and oversee high-quality, person-centred nursing care
• Lead, support, and mentor nursing and care staff on shift
• Ensure clinical standards, policies, and best practice are consistently met
• Promote dignity, independence, and choice for all residents
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and medication management
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
• Contribute to the positive culture and ongoing development of the service

What We’re Looking For

• A valid UK NMC registration (PIN)
• Experience working within a healthcare or nursing care setting
• A strong commitment to quality, safety, and compassionate care
• Confident leadership skills with a flexible, proactive approach
• Motivated, professional, and values-driven with a genuine passion for nursing
