We are recruiting Healthcare Assistants to join a spacious, newly built residential service featuring 45 en-suite bedrooms and state-of-the-art facilities designed to promote wellbeing, relaxation, and a sense of community. About the Service
The service provides:
- Specialist residential care for adults
- 45 residents, each supported individually in a modern, homely setting
- Long-term placements with attention to privacy, dignity, and personal choice
- Activities, therapy sessions, and programmes designed to support mental alertness, social interaction, and self-esteem
- Facilities including a fully equipped hair salon, therapy room, sensory garden, and peaceful nature walks
- Opportunities for residents to participate in the development of their individualised care plans
Your Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, person-centred care
- Support residents with personal care and daily living tasks
- Promote independence, dignity, and choice
- Assist with mobility, emotional support, and wellbeing
- Maintain accurate care records
- Engage residents in meaningful activities and social interaction
What We’re Looking For
- Previous care experience preferred
- NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care preferred
- A compassionate, patient, and professional approach
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- A genuine passion for supporting adults and enhancing their wellbeing
