We are recruiting Healthcare Assistants to join a spacious, newly built residential service featuring 45 en-suite bedrooms and state-of-the-art facilities designed to promote wellbeing, relaxation, and a sense of community. About the Service

The service provides:

  • Specialist residential care for adults
  • 45 residents, each supported individually in a modern, homely setting
  • Long-term placements with attention to privacy, dignity, and personal choice
  • Activities, therapy sessions, and programmes designed to support mental alertness, social interaction, and self-esteem
  • Facilities including a fully equipped hair salon, therapy room, sensory garden, and peaceful nature walks
  • Opportunities for residents to participate in the development of their individualised care plans

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, person-centred care
  • Support residents with personal care and daily living tasks
  • Promote independence, dignity, and choice
  • Assist with mobility, emotional support, and wellbeing
  • Maintain accurate care records
  • Engage residents in meaningful activities and social interaction

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous care experience preferred
  • NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Health & Social Care preferred
  • A compassionate, patient, and professional approach
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • A genuine passion for supporting adults and enhancing their wellbeing
