Our client is looking for an experienced Head Chef to manage the catering operation within their impressive 65-bedroom care home in Bromley.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a chef who wants to deliver fresh, nutritious and delicious home-cooked food while enjoying an excellent 3-on, 3-off shift pattern and no evening work.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the kitchen team
• Prepare fresh, nutritious and appetising meals
• Create varied menus to meet residents’ dietary needs and preferences
• Maintain high standards of food preparation, presentation and hygiene
• Manage stock, ordering and food waste
• Build strong relationships with residents and the wider care team
