VACANCY: CUSTOMER CARE LEAD (HOME CARE)

LOCATION: CAMDEN (LONDON)

SALARY: £30K – £35K + BONUS

The Opportunity:

This is a unique role that combines customer experience, relationship building and community engagement.

We are looking for someone who genuinely loves working with people. They will be responsible for guiding new customers and families through their care journey while also becoming a trusted face within the local community, developing relationships with referral partners and professional contacts.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Experience (50% of job role)

  • Meet prospective customers and their families.
  • Build trust and confidence during what is often a difficult and emotional decision-making process.
  • Conduct consultations and help families understand their care options.
  • Ensure every new customer receives an exceptional experience from first enquiry through to service commencement.
  • Maintain strong ongoing relationships with customers and their families.

Community & Referral Development (50% of job role)

  • Develop relationships with local professionals and community organisations.
  • Build a strong network of referral sources including healthcare professionals, charities, community groups and local organisations.
  • Become known as a trusted and respected figure within the local community.
  • Create opportunities that help increase awareness of our services and values.
