VACANCY: CUSTOMER CARE LEAD (HOME CARE)
LOCATION: CAMDEN (LONDON)
SALARY: £30K – £35K + BONUS

The Opportunity:
This is a unique role that combines customer experience, relationship building and community engagement.
We are looking for someone who genuinely loves working with people. They will be responsible for guiding new customers and families through their care journey while also becoming a trusted face within the local community, developing relationships with referral partners and professional contacts.
