Salary: £28,000–£32,000 per annum

Our client is an established home care provider with an exceptional reputation, having maintained an Outstanding CQC rating for over a decade.

They are seeking an experienced Care Supervisor to support, mentor and develop care professionals while ensuring customers receive the highest standards of care in their own homes.

The Role

• Support, coach and mentor care professionals.
• Conduct spot checks, observations and quality assurance visits.
• Support new starters with induction and ongoing development.
• Build positive relationships with customers and their families.
• Identify improvements and help maintain compliance.
• Work closely with the management team to deliver excellent care.

About You

• Experience in domiciliary care is essential.
• Strong knowledge of care delivery and best practice.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Supportive, approachable and confident in coaching others.
• Highly organised, professional and solution-focused.
• Passionate about improving care quality and developing teams.
