Role Responsibilities

Reporting to the Senior Sous Chef and Head Chef, your duties will include:

• Preparing, cooking, and serving fresh, locally sourced produce to the highest standard
• Supporting fellow kitchen team members
• Contributing to menu development and adapting to day-to-day needs
• Ensuring meals are presented beautifully and meet dietary requirements
• Maintaining strict hygiene and kitchen standards

Requirements / Qualifications / Experience

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role in a quality hotel, restaurant, or high-standard care setting
• Food Hygiene Certificate
• DBS check
• NVQ Level 2 or higher in Catering / Professional Cookery
• Own transport preferred
• Passion for fresh, creative, high-quality cuisine
