Are you a compassionate Care Assistant looking for a rewarding day shift role in a supportive and highly regarded care environment?

We are currently recruiting dedicated Care Assistants to join experienced teams across two residential care homes in beautiful coastal locations in North Wales. With over 25 years of experience in residential and dementia care, this provider has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, person-centred support.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work day shifts only, becoming part of a professional and caring team where residents are treated with dignity and respect, and staff are truly valued.

About the Service

This long-established provider offers tailored residential and dementia care, with a strong focus on meeting the individual needs of each resident.

The service includes two homes:

• One located in a popular seaside town
  • One based in a picturesque coastal setting

Both homes are set within private grounds and provide a comfortable, homely environment designed to help residents feel safe, settled, and supported.

Care is delivered 24 hours a day by a dedicated and experienced team, with day staff playing a key role in supporting residents’ daily routines, activities, and wellbeing.

Your Role

As a Care Assistant (Days), you will:

• Provide high-quality, person-centred care to elderly residents
  • Support individuals living with dementia in a respectful and compassionate manner
  • Assist with personal care and daily routines
  • Encourage engagement in activities and social interaction
  • Promote dignity, independence, and emotional wellbeing
  • Build positive relationships with residents and their families
  • Work collaboratively as part of a dedicated care team
  • Maintain accurate care records

What We’re Looking For

• Previous care experience is desirable
  • A genuine passion for supporting elderly individuals, particularly those living with dementia
  • A kind, patient, and empathetic approach
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliability and a positive attitude
