  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (desirable)
  • Medication training (advantageous but not essential)
  • A caring, professional, and team-focused approach
  • A genuine passion for supporting older people to live fulfilling lives

What We Offer

  • Ongoing training and development, including fully funded diplomas up to NVQ Level 5

  • Company pension scheme
  • Private Medical Insurance
  • 28 days annual leave
  • Discounted/free meals on shift
  • No DBS fees
  • Employee Assistance Programme to support health and wellbeing
  • Blue Light Card with retail and hospitality discounts
  • Long-term career progression opportunities
  • The chance to be part of an award-winning organisation

Our Ethos

We are proud to be a family-orientated, professional, hard-working, and client-led organisation – and we believe work should be enjoyable too. Management promotes a happy, supportive atmosphere, knowing this directly enhances the quality of life for both residents and staff.
