About the Home

Avon Search is recruiting on behalf of a well-established, family-run residential dementia care home in Worthing, which has been providing specialist care since 1991.

Originally one of the first care homes in the area to specialise in dementia care, the home has developed into a centre of excellence, supporting up to 26 residents living with different types and characteristics of dementia and other cognitive conditions.

Owned and operated by an experienced care provider for over 15 years, the home prides itself on creating a warm, inclusive and genuinely homely atmosphere where residents feel safe, valued and cared for.

The home’s philosophy is centred around recognising that every resident is an individual, with their own life experiences, preferences and changing care needs. By working closely with families and loved ones, the team builds a detailed understanding of each resident to ensure care is delivered with sensitivity, compassion and respect.
