About the Role

We are recruiting a friendly, enthusiastic and creative Activities Coordinator to join a welcoming, luxury 20-bed residential care home for elderly residents, located in the heart of Eastbourne.

This is a small, stand-alone care home offering a warm, homely and comfortable environment, where residents’ individual needs, interests, dignity and wellbeing are at the heart of everything the team does.

As Activities Coordinator, you will play an important role in enhancing residents’ quality of life by planning and delivering a varied programme of engaging, enjoyable and meaningful activities. You will encourage residents to remain active, socially connected and involved in activities that reflect their individual interests, abilities and preferences.
