Our client is looking for an organised, proactive and experienced Care Coordinator to support their Branch Manager in delivering outstanding domiciliary care within the local community.

You’ll coordinate a busy service, manage 500+ hours of care per week, allocate staff effectively and ensure every customer receives safe, personalised support.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate staff rotas and allocate care workers to meet service users’ needs.
• Manage a high-volume caseload of over 500 care hours per week.
• Conduct staff appraisals and supervisions alongside Field Care Supervisors.
• Maintain accurate, person-centred care plans and records.
• Complete compliance audits and monitor cancelled care hours.
• Handle calls and enquiries professionally, liaising with staff and healthcare professionals.
• Participate in the out-of-hours on-call rota.
• Maintain confidentiality and safeguarding standards.

About You

• Minimum two years’ Care Coordinator experience in domiciliary care is essential.
• Proven ability to coordinate 500+ hours of care weekly.
• Excellent organisational, communication and team leadership skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality care.
• A professional, customer-focused approach.
