My Client’s lovely care home in Exeter, is looking for a friendly, reliable Kitchen Staff Member to join the team and help provide residents with delicious, nutritious meals.

The Role

• Prepare, cook and serve meals, snacks and refreshments.
• Cater for residents’ individual dietary needs and allergies.
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, kitchen cleanliness and safety.
• Assist with stock control, food deliveries and menu planning.
• Help create a welcoming dining experience for residents.
• Work closely with the care team to ensure residents’ needs are met.

About You

• A positive, caring and flexible attitude.
• Good organisation and communication skills.
• An interest in food and providing great service.
• Previous kitchen experience is desirable but not essential.
• A Food Hygiene qualification is an advantage.
