The Opportunity

As Home Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operational leadership of the service, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance, and resident wellbeing are consistently achieved.

The Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing strong and effective leadership to the care team
• Promoting a positive, person-centred culture throughout the home
• Ensuring high-quality care outcomes for all residents
• Maintaining full compliance with regulatory requirements
• Overseeing care planning, quality assurance, and risk management processes
• Managing recruitment, staffing levels, and workforce development
• Building positive relationships with residents, families, and healthcare professionals
• Supporting occupancy growth and the continued success of the service
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives across all areas of the home

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience as a Home Manager within a care home setting
• A strong understanding of CQC standards and regulatory compliance
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Experience managing teams and delivering high-quality care services
• Commercial awareness and an understanding of occupancy management
• A genuine passion for delivering exceptional person-centred care
