Are you a dedicated and experienced care professional looking for a rewarding role in a respected residential care home in Poole? We are currently recruiting a Senior Care Assistant – Days to join a spacious and elegant care home on Sandbanks Road, Poole, Dorset.

The Role

As a Senior Care Assistant – Days, you will:

• Support residents with personal care needs while promoting dignity and independence
• Assist with daily living activities and encourage social engagement
• Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing your experience and knowledge
• Monitor residents’ wellbeing and report any concerns
• Maintain accurate care documentation
• Promote a safe, welcoming, and homely environment

About You

• Previous care experience essential, with some experience in a senior or mentoring role preferred
• NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Health & Social Care desirable
• Compassionate, patient, and reliable
• Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
• Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care
